To avoid additional damage to your media and ensure a greater degree of data retrieval, it is extremely important that your media be packaged carefully and, when possible, wrapped in anti-static material. 

Place the media in a box twice its size using foam, bubble or any anti-shock / vibration material.

We recommend shipping via Federal Express (from the USA) or DHL (globally) for next day or two-day service. This is the quickest, simplest and most cost effective  method, and we will track and manage the shipment on your behalf. If you elect to ship other than FedEx or DHL, we suggest using an Air Next Day Service to avoid potential costs and delays associated with border brokerage and customs.
